Every participant enrolled has their own personal rewards page to track their points with a link to your program website to further enhance your brand awareness
Participants have the option of loading their bonus points to their eMallCard (credit or stored value card (your option – we issue both) so that they accumulate with their program award points, or to redeem them for gift cards from the website
Your participants receive a pre-approved email thanking them for their purchases using their incentive cards and advising them of their Bonus Reward Point earnings. The email also includes your branding and a promotional message that directs them back to your program website.
Participants will even earn Bonus Points for purchases they make if they opt to also use their own credit or debit cards to buy merchandise through the mall, therefore, your branded mall can even live on after your incentive program ends. This is a free option for you and your participants.
Merchant Bonus Points are added to their account as a rebate 45 days after the date of their purchase to account for returns; gift card purchases are credited immediately as are the incentive points you issue.
