Definitions:
Member: Individual who has joined the program directly or been enrolled by a Merchant/Member Provider
Merchant: Web/Store/Service that both “gives & redeems reward points”
Member Provider: Company or organization who enrolls members into the program

Member Providers (organizations and charities) receive a percentage of all rewards earned by the Members enrolled in the program through them (no matter which merchant they earn them from) - as a continuous revenue stream.
